If you call, submit a repair request, or contact us through a public profile, you may share your name, phone number, device details, and description of the problem. We use that information to respond and coordinate repair service.
Website measurement
This website may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure advertising. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. They load after the page is ready, not before.
Third-party forms and links
Repair requests are handled through a Zapier-hosted form. Google, Facebook, Instagram, and map links are operated by their respective providers. Their privacy policies apply when you leave this website.
Your device during service
We only power on and test what’s needed to complete the repair — camera, speaker, screen, and similar functions. We don’t access your personal files, photos, or accounts. Back up before service; A&O can’t guarantee against data loss.
